Take a deep breath, and remember to breathe. This story starts out with a bang and does not let up. This is my first book by Caitlin Denman and I'm happy I took the chance. It's gritty and violent, but you'll understand, or see, the why of it. I am definitely looking forward to the sequel.

this was really good, I loved the characters, their story and how they were so protective of each other. I finished this and immediately purchased the next book and finished that in a day. I hope the next book comes soon!

This just felt immature and sloppy. Almost seemed like it was written by a man.

About the author

Caitlin lives and grew up in Southern California with her family and her three horses, three dogs, and a cat. She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelor’s in agribusiness.

Besides writing, she loves training and competing on horses. She has competed in barrel racing, breakaway roping, team roping, and mounted shooting. She has owned and ridden horses since she was twelve-years-old.
