About the author
Dimitra Ekmektsis is a contributor and translator, and a member of the United Nations Geneva, where she is working on issues of women and children. She is also a contributor to Cosmopolitan magazine, working on sex and relationship articles. In 2007, she was a lecturer at Barstow College in California, where she taught a Human Sexuality/Psychology class. Dimitra is a Greek citizen, born in Greece, and educated in Germany. She is fluent in German, Greek, and English. She enjoys film, music, art and volunteering.
