Erin Delaney is a flawed character, battling her past experiences and blaming herself for more than she should. She wrestles with the acceptance of a God who would let bad things happen. So does the killer. The parallels drawn between the two are subtle, so don’t miss them! Nancy Mehl includes a spiritual journey and conversations that dive deeper into who God is. I received this book from the publisher through LibraryThing free of charge, with no expectation of a positive review.

Wow! This book kept me on pins & needles the whole time. Shattered Sanctuary’s the first book in a thrilling new romantic suspense series from Nancy Mehl. The compelling characters, intriguing serial killer mystery, nail-biting suspense, & touch of faith had me quickly turning the pages. Highly recommend this exciting start to a new romantic suspense series!
