Those people who are aware of the need to change, but are confused! Too
much news. Everything and the opposite of everything . . . And then they keep
doing what they have always done. They are slaves to the usual habits. Especially
with regard to the way of eating.
………When I decided to write " this thing ", I actually thought of all those who
are really fed up with being
fed up, eager to learn more in terms of health, lifestyle, weight loss,
healthy weight, improved energy levels, movement and
motivation. I wanted to write an extremely
simple, intelligible text, not for scientists, but for ordinary people, who want to be accompanied from
"A" to "Z " in a path of knowledge and awareness whose
ultimate goal is to "FEEL GOOD ".
