Whether you are a yoga practitioner, seeker or spiritual beginner this book offers a path not just to read about yoga, but to live it.
Siddharth Sharma is a practicing doctor based in Delhi, India. Though rooted in the science of healing, his life took a transformative turn during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he began his inner journey through meditation.
He was first introduced to the spiritual path by the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, through the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. It was during this difficult global period that Siddharth discovered a deeper dimension of life—one grounded in stillness, faith, and surrender.
Reading Autobiography of a Yogi by Sri Yoganandaji became a turning point. The book not only touched his heart but completely altered the course of his inner world. From that moment, his life began unfolding with greater clarity, peace, and purpose.
He lovingly dedicates this book to his Guruji, Swami Paramhansa Yogananda, whose grace and presence have silently guided him through every challenge and triumph.
With this work, Siddharth hopes to share a glimpse of the timeless path of yoga—a path that brought him home to himself—and to inspire others to read Autobiography of a Yogi, receive the blessings of Guruji, and begin their own journey of awakening.
