This murder mystery was gruesome! The murderer liked to make something new out of the body parts. It took a lot of work for Detective Ambrose and Amethyst to figure this one out. A good read with lots of little tidbits about paranormals. These authors have a wonderful imagination and know how to keep your interest. I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to all. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

In book 2 you find Amy is still working with Ambrose and the Paranormal Police Department (PPD) on a new case. She makes friends with a couple of other paranormal women, Stacy and Van, who are working on this case as well. Amy is as quirky and lovable as ever. Her antics are quite ticking and downright funny. Looking forward to the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

“Frankenbody?” Detective Ambrose asks Amy to collaborate on a case. A serial killer is loose in the city. The bizarre killings unsettle even the most experienced detectives. Clues are elusive and the PPD is scrambling to find a link between the victims before the killer strikes again. This is a good mystery. Amy and Ambrose make a good investigative duo. I liked the introduction of Rover into the storyline. I received a free copy but my review is honest and voluntary.
