For over twenty years, David has been a passionate transformation and change management executive. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies and individuals throughout the Americas, Europe and the Far East.
Seeing firsthand how many people struggle - and often give up - while trying to acquire new skills, he began to wonder why some manage it almost effortlessly. This curiosity led him to feel driven to see, research and eventually understand the "differences that make a difference".
