I am loving this new series, with tangible characters and with descriptions of characters and settings bogging down the reader. This is an enjoyable alien-human romance without the deep angst often found in these ‘situations’. The MCs in this book have loved deeply and happily, then lost it all. Lovely approach to death of a loved one and life afterwards. Luckily fate hasn’t given up on them. Thank you. I received this book as an advanced readers copy and am voluntarily leaving this review.

Wow this book has tou from the beginning. You don't not have to read book one but it does help this story to be more complete. He is so lost & sad. Loosing his love when his plant exploded has taken it toll on him. I liked how he did handle everything. From being tricked into being matched with a human, to being really sweet once he met her. She was so calm and curious throughout this process UNTIL she has to be fierce and strong. It was a quick read, you got a lot of story. booksprout book

I enjoyed this book about two ppl who have loved and lost yet were willing to move on with someone new. Holly is a human female whos ready to move on after being widowed & signs up to a dating agency that uses dna to match you. Errick is an alien who's grief due to guilt has held him back from trying again but his captain submits his dna for a dating match behind his back which makes errick very angry. but when meets his mate instant connection. then the intergalactic council finds out.
