About the author

Christian Haasz has been gaming since Pong, Atari, and the days of swapping PC-Games disks. He cut his teeth on early Formula 1 sims during Michael Schumacher's rise and proudly owned one of the first force-feedback MOMO wheels. The COVID era turned him into a dedicated sim racer. As a commercial photographer, journalist, and author, channeling that passion into a book was the natural next step—especially since he once wished for a clear, no-nonsense entry guide himself.
