About this ebook

Second chances always lead to a new beginning!

When Everett Nicholls died, he left his millions to the two people he cared about most—the young law student he was mentoring, and his beloved stepson. Eden Marsh and Beck Dennison are instantly suspicious of each other. Suddenly, with all this money at their fingertips, family problems they've each been ignoring can no longer be swept under the rug. Beck and his mother have had a strained relationship since tragedy befell the family when he was a young teen, and Eden knows it's long past time to forge a new relationship with her demanding younger sister. As they begin to confide in each other—and to have fun together—their friendship is an anchor in a stormy new life...

The Time of Your Life by Sandra Kitt is about two strangers falling in love in unique circumstances. After all, how many people fall in love with someone they meet in a wake? Beck and Eden's path crossed unexpectedly and it was a slow burn romance. I found it a bit difficult to connect with the characters. They didn't seem to have a lot of chemistry. The book was moving slow. I don’t mind a slow burn but I was having difficulty staying with the story. It was interesting to see how they slowly developed a strong relationship. I wish it was a bit more structured and concise. I reviewed an early copy voluntarily

Loved this book! Beck and Eden, together in mutual loss and love. A small amount of angst and drama, but maturely done. Find their way to companionship, love and respect. A well done romance and HEA. Do not miss this one.
