In einem Kloster, einer Kommune, einem Wohnprojekt und sozialpädagogisch-therapeutischen Wohngruppen wurden Gruppendiskussionen zur Organisationserziehung geführt und mit der Dokumentarischen Methode rekonstruiert. Ein besonderes Augenmerk widmet Martin Hunold dem Zusammenspiel von organisationaler Erziehung und Sozialisations- sowie Sanktionsmacht.
