About this ebook

The proprietress has caught onto Nao’s true identity, and will do anything to kick her out. But one day, a woman appears, claiming to be Nao’s mother and covering for her. As Nao chases the bare threads of connections to her real mother, Tsubaki remains close behind. The two grow further intertwined after overcoming the Shirafujiya incident, incurring the wrath of the old master, and sharing a room… But trust is far from the Kogetsuan home where Tsubaki admits to Nao that if he ever saw Sakura again, he’d make Sakura disappear

I love this series but hate the price. Why did google up the price of the e-books to a price of a physical book?! All my e-books went from $6.99 per book to $10.99 per book. This is a REALLY wrong time to jack up the prices when it's such a difficult time and now it's harder to buy books especially when it's a coping mechanism for a lot of people. besides that, this author is freaking amazing and I wish the each volume came out a lot quicker. Sometimes you have to wait 3 months or something ridiculous like 6 months to a year for a new volume (not particularly this series but in general it's a long wait.) I think the storyline and plot are perfect and original. The author stays away from cliches and predictable scenarios and they implement things very well. The story is well planned out, the main characters are addicting, it's not overwhelming dramatic, it keeps a very upbeat mood and you cant help but to love both characters and cheer them on. It's a great read for sure.
