I found that the exercises in the book are necessary and sufficient to have a pain-free day for me. Exercises are easy, natural, fun, pleasant. But the most important is that they help. I got taller, so I even had to adjust rear view mirror in the car. The undiagnosed muscle pain I suffered for many years dissolves if I do the exercises daily. Many thanks to the authors!

I like this book! After you read it, you'll define "good" posture in a new way. For example, Strong Abs won't insure you have better posture. A strong core will. And did you mother ever tell you to push your shoulders back to improve your posture? Well, she was wrong. This book is a great reference tool for exercises to improve your posture. Instructions are easy to understand and pictures are included.

Any one with the patience to read can use this clear concise book to improve posture. The drawings are very helpful. The book also contains links to YouTube videos, but I felt that the drawings were sufficiently clear. I also respect and admire the authors for listing possible reasons (such as previous injuries) that a person should not do any one exercise.
