About this ebook

Another sweeping historical classic from NYT best-selling author Patricia Rice: England, 1745: She has no name and no past. He has everything to lose. What they discover could change their world.

Abandoned as a mute child, Eileen has grown up with no memory of who she was or why she was left behind. Adopted by a kindhearted family, she builds a quiet life defined by her art and the security of her village. But when a Jacobite uprising threatens her fragile peace, she’s drawn into a conflict far larger than herself.

Drake Neville, newly returned from a life abroad, has inherited the vast Sherbourne estate—and the obligations that come with it. Bound by duty to marry advantageously, he has little interest in questioning the past. Yet when Eileen risks everything to protect his family from rebel forces, he cannot ignore the mystery of her origin.

In searching for answers, Drake uncovers a dangerous web of betrayal and long-buried secrets. The truth could destroy not only Eileen’s newfound peace but also the future of both their families.

In a time of political unrest and social upheaval, they must confront their past before history destroys their future.

Love Forever After has a rocky start in the lives of Graham and Penelope. Penny seems to be a titled daughter of a vicar. She encounters Graham as he walks his lame horse toward his sister's mansion. As he too appears tired and lame, Penny offers hospitality while calling two boys to take the horse to the blacksmith. How does this meeting turn into a marriage of convenience? What characteristics does Penny possess that draws Graham to her? Wil Graham reveal his secrets for their marriage to grow based on trust and respect?
