About this ebook

The closer she comes to the truth, the deadlier her chase gets.

FBI behavioral analyst Alex Donovan and her colleague Logan Hart have been called upon to write a profile for a missing woman, but a little digging quickly turns up more disappearances in Virginia with the same physical description.

Alex is in a race against the clock to rescue the missing victims, so when the UNSUB makes demands of her in exchange for information, Alex takes the bait. But when her life is put in jeopardy, Logan must do whatever it takes to track them down before time runs out.

Alex works to think one step ahead of the suspect, but the more Logan and the BAU learn about the serial kidnapper, the more they fear Alex may not make it out alive.

"The relentless pace will keep readers glued to their seats . . . This pulse-pounding romantic thriller is a wild ride."--Publishers Weekly

There are some authors that write superb romantic suspense, and Nancy Mehl ranks right up there in the top of that list. Reading Free Fall will have you agreeing with my statement if you don't already know that about this author. Logan, Alex (Alexandra), and their team are great characters. The plot twists and turns and then spins back around on itself. The suspense is edge-of-your-seat and will make it very, very difficult to put this book down until it's finished.

Brilliantly written and totally mesmerizing story of FBI behavior analysts who endanger themselves to catch a ruthless kidnapper of young women! Profiler Alex Donovan faces danger and has to use her wits and her faith to get herself back to safety. Her teammate Logan Hart faces his own challenges as he is forced to undergo life threatening surgery while Alex is facing a psychopath. The action was non-stop and at a breakneck speed that had me racing to finish the book. Excellent book!

I love anything that Mehl writes. This last book in the Quantico Files is very interesting. I love how the profilers come to their conclusions. In this book they have very little to go on and yet with continued effort they arrive at a somewhat profile. There is a killer on the prowl and he is possibly a serial killer. Alex Donovan and Logan Hart are the primary BAU analysts in this story. They are trying to form a profile of a woman and possibly other missing women. Great Read.
