it is twisted lies. Capitalism and the Right to Free Speech are the root of evils. Free Speech gave us pornography and the internet. Many serial rapists and murders trace thier obsessions to the addiction of pornographic material. Where does porn come from? The great Satan of the United States. I lived in a cold war Communist country of Poland. Life was simple...but very high quality living standards! They built most things out of huge concrete blocks. The US built much out of wood.

Melvyn P. Leffler, Stettinius Professor of History at the University of Virginia, is the author of A Preponderance of Power: National Security, the Truman Administration, and the Cold War, which won the Bancroft Prize, the Farrell Prize, and the Hoover Book Award in 1993.
