About this ebook
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and joined the U.S. military at the age of 17. I have retired since in El Paso, Texas. During that time, trained for 3 years, competed and obtain a black belt in Taekwondo. I do have a nice wrestling background as well.
My journey began looking for a creative outlet or hobby to past the time. After searching numerous Dojo’s, I accidently stumble upon the art of Kung Fu San Soo. The legendary and devastating pure Chinese martial art that has few equals. The under taking of any martial arts will be a very arduous journey. So let’s begin...shall we.

Explains the theory and psychology behind this effective and devastating martial art. As a kung fu san soo master I am pleased to see someone write a book explaining san soo to the general public. I highly recommend it.

Great information! I have been studying Kung Fu San Soo for a few years and have achieved my first Black belt. This book will cause me to take my art much more seriously going forward. I love Tsoi Li Ho Fut Hung. It is efficient, fast, and deceptively powerful.
