Michael D. Brubaker is assistant professor and academic coordinator of the Substance Abuse Counseling Program in the School of Human Services in the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services at the University of Cincinnati.

Dale L. Brubaker is emeritus professor, Department of Educational Leadership and Cultural Studies at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
