If you are looking for an author with great world building you have found one here with Ms. Sky. She has a way of creating twists and turns while intertwining different realms that keeps you hooked wanting to see what's next for all the characters. In the Daemon Blade series, those worlds are made up of the daemons and the witches - bitter rivals of each other. However, they both have one common enemy. Is it possible these two rivals will be able to work together for the greater good?

I was just as excited and intrigued as I was with the first story in this series. The relationship with Atiernan and Miranda heats up but there are still secrets and trust issues between them. They both don't want to like each other but find that they do. This book has twists and surprises, like the first one and kept me excited the whole time. i love Lana Sky and am really enjoying her paranormal books. I received a review copy of this story and am leaving a voluntary and honest review.

I thought that this book was scrumptious! Miranda and Atiernan's tantalizing slow burn really had me basking in the sultry, simmering vibe they were putting out. The enticing characters, gripping story and intriguing world along with the skillful writing makes a potent combination that captures your interest and keeps you wanting more. I'm very excited to start the next duet in this series. This is my freely posted, frank review.
