They call it a shop.

Most people walk past, thinking it’s an old estate agent with bad signage.

But behind the stubborn windows, three unlikely troubleshooters keep the Patchwork from unravelling (or at least try to).

James (Jay) — An inventor of solutions, problems, and the occasional magical catastrophe.

Jones (Jo) — The planner, the pragmatist — and the one who ends up fixing whatever James breaks.

Suzé — Officially the receptionist. Unofficially the only reason the shop still exists.

Together, they take on impossible cases with questionable methods — and somehow, the world is usually better off afterwards. Usually.
