Daniel J. Elazar

Daniel J. Elazar is Senator M. Paterson Professor of Intergovernmental Relations at Bar-Ilan University, and president of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. He is also a professor of political science and director of the Center for the Study of Federalism at Temple University. Among his books are Exploring Federalism and Federalism and the Way to Peace.
