Dimitrios P. Panagoulias

Dimitrios P. Panagoulias is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Piraeus, Greece and General Manager of Dermacen SA and co-founder of the Noetiv Health AI startup. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence-empowered Biomedical Applications from the University of Piraeus, Greece. His academic background includes a M.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.B.A. from the University of Piraeus, Greece, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece. His research interests lie at the intersection of Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, with a focus on their application in Medical Diagnostics, Cognitive AI and Machine Learning Operations
