Dr. Prashant Mani

Dr. Prashant Mani currently working as a Principal and Associate Professor at Government Engineering College, Aurangabad, Bihar. He received his Ph.D. in the year 2016 from SRM University, Chennai. His area of research is Semiconductor Device Modeling, Nano-Scale Devices, and Nanoelectronics. He has published four patents and more than 50 research articles indexed in SCI/SCOPUS Journals. He is also a member of various scientific journals and committees.
