Gail Eastwood started writing her own "books" at age seven. Through a variety of careers including reporter, rare books dealer, and freelance journalist, she never gave up the dream of becoming a novelist. Her first book, which won the Golden Leaf for Best Regency in 1994, was followed by six more acclaimed Regencies and she is now back at work on new stories. She lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two adult sons. She also teaches writing classes and workshops. She holds a combined degree in Humanities/Comparative Drama and Sociology from Case Western Reserve University. Her family, indulging in Renaissance and English Country dance, and pursuing interests in historic costuming, reading, theater, and the beach infringe on her writing time. She posts on the Risky Regencies blog: www.riskyregencies.com.Please visit Gail on the Internet!www.gaileastwoodauthor.comwww.facebook.com/GailEastwoodAuthorwww.twitter.com/GEastwoodAuthor
