Dr. Johnson is the Chairman and one of the founding members of JRWJK Associates, Inc., a financial investment organization. He has over twenty-six years of experience in private and military security, law enforcement and personnel management. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1996.He served in England, Thailand, Netherlands, Italy and the United States. His tours include: United States Treasury Customs Inspection, U-Tapao, Thailand, Training and Quality Control Manager, Camp New Amsterdam, Netherlands, Personnel Manager for organizations in Italy, England, South Dakota and Colorado. Dr. Johnson is native of Alexandria, Louisiana, a 1968 graduate of Peabody High School and did undergraduate studies at Louisiana Tech University, Community College of the Air Force and City College of Chicago. Dr. Johnson received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Americus University, a B.A. in Criminology from Ashwood University, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Criminal Justice Management from Madison University.Dr. Johnson is the author of two books: (1) American Criminal Justice System: The Effects of Psychological and Socioeconomic Factors on African-Americans (2) The United States Criminal Justice System: Ultimate Effects of Inequality For African-Americans. He is currently working on his third book titled: Who's Watching America's Back Door? The Problem With The American Immigration System. It is scheduled to be published this year. Dr. Johnson is married to the former Frances Romar and they have three children: Willie Jr., Mildred and Henry.
