John Paxton

John Paxton was the editor the Statesman's Yearbook from 1969 to 1990 and has wr' itten many books about European Communities including the Developing Common Market (Macmillan 1976), and A Dict'onary of the European Communities (Macmillan, 2nd ed., 1982)..
