Jon Bird is a writer, artist, exhibition curator, and professor of art and critical theory at Middlesex University. He is the author of Leon Golub: Echoes of the Real, published by Reaktion Books. Gill Perry is professor of art history at the Open University and is the author numerous books, including Playing at Home, published by Reaktion Books
