Jon Klassen

Jon is an illustrator and cartoonist born and raised in rural Southwestern Ontario, Canada where he was the oldest of five siblings, he began drawing as quickly as he was able to hold a crayon. Jon moved to Montreal, Quebec in 2012 where he pursued his career as a painter until 2018 when he began to shift his focus to editorial cartoons and children's illustration. Jon currently lives and works in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
