Joseph Shuldiner

Joseph Shuldiner is a graphic designer, photographer, writer, and cook with a passion for gourmet plant-based recipes, D.I.Y. cuisine, and locally sourced ingredients. He is the owner and creative director of Shuldiner Studio, a design and consulting company specializing in publication design and content, food culture, fashion, and photography. His recent design work includes the cookbook, Celebrating with Julienne and EAT:Los Angeles, an annual guide to all things food and drink in the city. As a writer, Joseph has chronicled California's artisanal food-craft movement and is a contributor to EAT:Los Angeles. Pure Vegan marks his debut as a cookbook author. He lives in Los Angeles with his partner, Bruce Schwartz.
