Keith W. Waldron

Professor Keith W. Waldron is Senior Scientist at the internationally renowned Institute of Food Research, UK where he is head of the "Sustainability of the Food Chain Exploitation Platform." In 2001, he was awarded the coveted Open University Ray Nelson Prize.
