Lynette Rohrer Shirk

Lynette Rohrer Shirk is a classically trained chef from the prestigious California Culinary Academy's Professional Chef Program. She has worked at Masa's and in Wolfgang Puck's Postrio and has had the honor of cooking at the James Beard House in New York City. Ms. Shirk is author of The Everything Classic Recipes Book. She lives in Flower Mound, TX.
