Malcolm Shaw

Malcolm N Shaw QC is the Sir Robert Jennings Professor of International Law at the University of Leicester. He is also a practising barrister at Essex Court Chambers and has appeared before the International Court of Justice, the European Court of Human Rights and the House of Lords and other domestic courts.
