Mark Moore

Mark Moore is internationally recognized for his books on Localism as a philosophy of government. He brings a wealth of experience into his works from his time as an officer in the United States Navy, over a decade spent as a science teacher, and many years in private industry, most recently negotiating oil and gas pipeline agreements with government entities. Mark lives with his wife and three children, shuttling between homes in various U.S. States.
