Melvyn Jones

Mel Jones was an elementary teacher for 32 years. One of her favorite things was to read to her students. This made her want to write and illustrate her own books. In 2023 that dream came true with the publishing of her first book. Since then she has written and illustrate five other books and is looking forward to writing many more. Mel lives in Northeast Indiana with her husband Rob and their two cats Eva and Teddi. She loves spending time with her two daughters Kaitie and Emily, son-in-law Kevin and grandchildren Henry and Gertie.
