A native Texan, MOLLY NOBLE BULL is a multi-published Christian author from the ranching country of South Texas where The Rogue's Daughter was set and where she and her husband live today. Her father and grandfather were ranch foremen, real cowboys, and she spent part of her growing up years on a sixty thousand acre cattle ranch in South Texas. All three of their grown sons are involved in ranching in Texas today. Molly has published with Zondervan, Guideposts-the book division, Love Inspired, Tsaba House, Westbow Press, Creation House, Elk Lake Publishing and White Glove Publishing. Several of her books have won national contests for novelist. Sanctuary, Molly's long historical novel, won the 2008 Gayle Wilson Award in the inspirational category and also tied for first place in another national contest for published authors that year. In 2015, Sanctuary was reprinted under a new title, The Secret Place. Gatehaven, Molly's Christian Gothic historical, won the 2013 Creation House Fiction Writing Contest as a manuscript and was published in paperback and as an e-book in 2014. In 2015, When the Cowboy Rides Away, Winner of 2016 Texas Association of Authors Award, Christian Western Category, another of Molly's western novels, was published, and it was set on a ranch in South Texas near the same location where The Rogue's Daughter was set.
