Norrin M. Ripsman

When Norrin M. Ripsman isn't writing fiction, he is a professor of International Relations. Born in Montreal, Canada, he has made his home in eleven cities in six countries on three continents. He now lives in the United States, where he teaches at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. The Oracle of Spring Garden Road is his first published novel. His short story collection, Song Book, was published earlier this year.
