Patrick Birkinshaw

Professor Patrick J. Birkinshaw is an Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Hull. He has been Editor in Chief of the quarterly journal European Public Law since 1995. Professor Birkinshaw has acted as a specialist advisor to Parliamentary committees.
