Richard Leslie Parrott

Richard Leslie Parrott, Ph.D, is the founder and president of Seize Your Life, Inc., whose purpose is to help individuals and organizations take hold of life’s full potential. Dr. Parrott was educated at Eastern Nazarene College (B.A.), University of Missouri (M.A. in Psychology), Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and received his Ph.D. from Oregon State University in Education Administration. Dr. Parrott has served in professional leadership for 30 years. His particular interest and expertise is personal and professional development. He is frequently called upon to speak and lead seminars and development programs. Dr. Parrott has created and currently presents the Leadership Development Program, a ten-seminar series for team leaders and Transformational Coaching, a companion series for executive managers.
