Pacific Northwest photographer Rob Casey's wanderlust and appreciation of the outdoors compel him to explore both familiar and out of the way places, where he discovers unexpected moments that are revealed through his images. His photographs have been published in a variety of media, including National Geographic Adventure, Men's Journal, and Seattle Magazine, amongst others. When he is not behind the camera, Rob enjoys time on the water sea kayaking, kayak surfing, and stand up paddling near Seattle and around the Olympic Peninsula. The founder of the Northwest's only surf kayak festival, the Hobuck Hoedown, he also owns Salmon Bay Paddle, a new stand up paddling and sea kayaking instruction and guide business. He lives in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle with his partner Christy and their dog.
