A former editor in chief of Balducci.com and senior writer for "Cooks Illustrated" magazine, Sampson has also con-tributed to such publications as "Bon Appetit," "Food & Wine," "Self," the "Boston Globe," "Boston" magazine, and "Fine Cooking."
