Dr. Virander Kumar Verma, PhD in Management, M.A Psychology, B.A (Hons) Psychology, PG Dip Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, P G Dip Labor Laws, P G Diploma Educational & Vocational Guidance and Counseling and P G Dip Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.More than 37 years experience in Human Recourse Management, Training and Development, Change Management, Education Vocational Guidance and Counseling. Two years as Director MBA and Industry interface, Professor and member of Governing body with institute under GGSIP University Delhi. Worked extensively to enhance employability of students conducted workshops and lectures on soft skills including Presentation, Interviewing Skills and Group discussions. Conducted FDP’s, National workshops, Conferences and Seminars.Four years as GM HR and Head Training and Change Management Team Passport Seva Project (An initiative of Ministry of External Affairs Govt of India). Thirty one years as General Manager HR Tata Consultancy Services and led almost all the functions related to HR.
