The Identity Enterprise mobile app is an all-encompassing, digital resource for your employees that allows them to unlock doors within your workspace, as well as securely connect to WiFi or a corporate VPN with a single tap.

UID Door Access
Unlock connected doors by tapping the app’s Door icon, shaking your mobile device, or tapping it against the door’s credential reader. Designated doorkeepers can also interact with visitors via a UA Pro reader and grant access remotely.

One-Click WiFi & One-Click VPN
Connect to your company’s WiFi or VPN with a single tap. Get the network access you need instantly without having to constantly re-enter your username and password.

Remote Call & Remote View
Accept visitor calls from Access readers and unlock connected doors remotely.

App keeps logging me out, HIGHLY annoying, especially as I need it to open specific doors at work.... Fix your app please! At least let me use biometrics for a quick identity confirmation rather than having to go through the whole login process every other day or so... Side note: once logged in, app works great, easy access to doors and VPN, functionality works great!

Hi Boaz B, could you look into your UID Manager Portal > Security (Shield icon) > Sign-on Policy and check if any endpoint sign-on policy rules are set to a time that's too short? Finally Got Access to the Medroom, at work. I've been over 4 months getting this app right and everything else to finally aline. Works great, hoping that I don't have anymore problems with it. 5 Stars for sure.

VPN used to work but now doesn't making it absolutely useless for remote connections. Yes, it shows as connected but there's no access from that point to anything else, no network, no internet. Drop the VPN and internet is restored. I've tried everything from rebooting the phone to rebooting the DMP with no success.

Hi Kioseus Znook, could you head to Identity Enterprise Manager > Settings > UniFi Consoles and make sure your console is showing as Online? If you don't have static public IP from your ISP, make sure it's not enabled on the top right gear icon. If you still encounter this problem, please contact us at [email protected] with more details.
