First-time user. I have paid upfront and received a confirmation. Then, 30 minutes into the time slot I've received an SMS saying they will no longer fulfill it. Mind my payment is still uphold by them. Update: they re-booked for the next day, 10 to 11. Its 11 and he did not show up.

worst app. Till you fix the bugs in the app, you need to provide supprt via phone. 1. The chat window does not show up. you need to be lucky. 2. Email confirmation does not capture the paid services. 3. In the app the booking details does not caoture the paid services. what a sloppy app wasting customer time and testing patience. 3. At last I got the link. Your Service Agent Reham, needs a course in English. I was made to uninstall, then install and what not. horrible

I've been trying to contact customer support through every channel possible. The support chat on your app does not work. I got an SMS saying that my service will be postponed to half an hour later. I then spoke to the professional and she told me it's actually going to be an hour and a half later. I not able to make it as I need to go to another appointment. I need to reschedule this but it's not possible to reschedule on the app because the service should have already started. I have paid...
