β One star is too much for this app and its delivery service. Drivers cruise aimlessly around Riyadh instead of delivering, and orders are always late despite showing βpicked upβ 40+ minutes ago. My driver even moved the opposite way after pickup. Then they insult you with a mere 10 SAR βcompensation,β and you still need to take photos of the delayed order just to file a complaint. Shameful, unreliable service every time.

There is a major mistake in this App, the App can't tell you your location or the restaurant's distance from your location exactly. it will just pin-point you the location of the restaurant, that's it, it MAP must have the Direction facility from your exact location too..

worst app ever once my subscription ends will go to any other app. Two times I ordered from a specific restaurant they deliver from different restaurant and let alone the delay always not on time and the food comes cold and what they will do? they will give you 10 sr for cold soggy food. my advice don't consider hungerstation ever.
