It’s 2025 and Instashop still thinks automated calls are the future. "Some items not available, go to the app." → I go to the app → the app does nothing. Can’t cancel, can’t talk to a human, just vibes and voicemail robots. Bought 3 main items, added random stuff just to make it 100 aed. They canceled the mains and left me with unnecessary items. This is the third time. Deleting the app after this delivery. Why am I humiliating myself? I have a car. I have dignity. I have options

Non responsive customer service team. No one replies to calls nor complaints over the application, even if your credit card is robbed off by the stores on the application. there is no one there. not safe at all to use your visa, only cash, since you will have to deal with it all alone and no support whatsoever. they take your money and send wrong products. zero conscience. bad image and worst customer service.

the order was an hour and forty minutes late. and the delivery guy didn't care, i believe they are used to that. i will delete my account. I don't recommend using the app. edit.. I will not contact you because I had already sent two complaints while I was waiting for the order and I didn't get any answer from you. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP. THEY WON'T LET YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
