Great app but unable to make payment of individual transactions on overdue amounts. Please enable the system to receive payments. I am trying to pay, but customer care keeps telling me they will send it to legal. But the system that usually allows payment of individual transaction amounts is now locked on my app. It is all or nothing. Isn't the point of credit to also receive payment. I am getting charged the overdue fee. Why can't I make payments on the individual overdue transactions then?

Very bad experience. My payment was due yesterday and should have been deducted automatically, but it wasn’t. When I tried to pay, the system showed errors until the next morning. Then, they suddenly charged me extra late fees and deducted the full amount with charges from my account.I contacted customer service, and they said the payment failed due to a bank error, yet they still deducted extra charges and told me they can’t do anything.

Very bad experience your system is not good Tabby was handling a bot? Customer support team can't help me. I haven't been able to make any purchases for 5 months. I can't make purchases from an account that has made a lot of purchases. Because when I asked the customer support team, they didn't know either. Your system is disappointing.
