Title: Extremely Disappointed with Mashreq Bank's Customer Support I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Mashreq Bank. For the past few days, I have been unable to log into my account despite multiple attempts. I contacted customer care several times and even visited a service center, but no one has been able to provide a proper solution. What’s worse is that I followed all the video instructions available on the bank’s website, and still the problem persists. It’s unacceptable for a bank

I made one Aani transaction almost 1 month ago which is still not received by the receiver and even though I visited branches 2 times but the always says wait for some time either the other person will receive the amount or you will receive it back but more than 30 days has passed nothing happened.. i made a query online also that did not help me.. when I tried to contact the chat agent.. there is an automated chat and that did not help. very much disappointed..

After updating the app, I am unable to log in. It asks for face recognition to trust the device, but when I proceed, the app closes automatically, and I'm unable to complete the process.
