This app is broken on my Android. It thinks the Username and password are incorrect. I verified from my desktop and I was able to log into my router. had i begun the process to reset my router to factory defaults, what a mess and time-consuming process that would have been. Glad I verified access from a browser first!! I did the same thing from my phone, and also worked. I uninstalled this app and created the browser shortcut link in place of the app!!!

PoS app. Zero functionality. Worthless Routers. To unlock all the features you have to agree to selling all your data to third parties. App outright lies to you about your data OFTEN. Router takes half a dozen plus attempts to even recognize, the app disconnects from routers constantly. 0/10 Will never buy again

Stopped working and absolutely REFUSES to connect to my router anymore. It says that the username and password are wrong, even though the SAME username and password work on the webpage version. It keeps saying either the username or password is wrong, connection failed or authentication failed. Started since last update. Edit: Fixed with a router factory reset! VERY INCONVENIENT! At least I could load the saved settings and recovered everything in a few minutes instead of spending an hour.
