I was hoping to be able to use my Bitwarden account to login and then have all the 2FA codes from my Bitwarden Vault in here, but nope. The app also doesn't offer the "Allow screen capture" option like the regular Bitwarden app does, so it can not be used with Samsung Dex, showing just a black box on the desktop. Frankly, I don't really see what this app has to offer that "Verification codes" menu in the regular app doesn't do already.

Nice app but it has, no smartwatch support and it doesn't stand out from the rest of the apps in this category. Update: Other things that this app could have: - more ways (file types) to import/export keys/codes; - search/categories for keys; - better privacy policy for personal data; - an option to backup locally the keys/codes or more cloud integration choices; - maybe some theming, icon support, colour customisation options, but these are purely subjective, just to stand out from the rest.

I think the app is the poor child of a commercial strategy. The free tier of bitwarden does not allow TOTP. That's OK, I get it and I'm a paying customer (amazing value). However, this app was meant to offer an alternative for free users. But, without cloud syncing for cross device use, it's pretty much useless. And very risky, should you lose your device and not have a backup...

Thanks for clarifying your feedback! The suggestion to sync between installed apps has been passed along to the team. Rest assured, in the meantime, your data is backed up with your device when device backups are enabled, and you can create additional backups at any time by exporting your data.
