TBH, The best delivery app in its category. Best delivery agents, the Fastest, good customer service that follow up any issue and orders are delivered in good condition, But 1-Low variety, like probably the lowest sadly. 2-Low stock. if you use the app , you know that your fav products won't be available every time you wanna buy them. 3-They are focusing on producing their own products more than providing a variety and actually some of them aren't the best compared to their alternatives.

The latest update is terrible! Can't chat with the customer service team because the phone keyboard is overlapping the chat box. I can't even send attachments. They keep saying they're working on it and it's been a while with no hope of solving the issue. The worst part is that they now blame my phone's keyboard settings! I asked one of their team members to try it on their phone and they had the same issue so this means it's a bug or something that they need to fix.

they cancelled my order after paying for it. i thought my money would be refunded soon and go to check out my order again. surprisingly, i found that they got the money and my order was not placed. soon after the second order was refunded, but the first one hasn't been refunded until now. very bad experience and customer service is very poor. 4 july and still has not received my money back.nothing has been resolved. this is a very poor application. Your customer service is unprofessional
