suddenly your app is becoming the worst, my location that I used to get items normally shipped to is all of a sudden (out of zone), and your support reps just ask to cancel the order and make another one. and yeah, if they fix it from their side, I have to pay it in cash! seriously?? bye bye breadfast, not ordering from you again and I'll officially ask to remove my data from this stupid app

they withdraw money out of my bank account without order confirmation. My order was for only 650, but they deducted the amount 4 times out of my card while the pop-up message showed payment failure on their app. I contacted the bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful and there is no option to contact their support team. you can only send an email. The payment gateway is horrible and they are trying to save money by not providing instant support. Paid 4 times, no order!!!!!

Recently the app immediately crashes after opening it. I have tried clearing all data and cache. It also has all the permissions. Still, when opening it it just shows the breadfast logo for a second or two then crashes. Android shows an error message if I try launching it multiple times, saying that the app crashed. This hasn't always been the case as the app used to work nornally before. Device is Galaxy A54 on One UI 7.0.
